The 9th Korean-German ADeKo Science Conference, chaired by former Korean Prime Minister Kim Hwang-sik, was held in the Korean university town of Gwangju from 16 to 18 October 2017 under the title “Engineering for our future”. Honorary Consul Dr. Christoph Hollenders took part in the conference and moderated the working group “Healthcare and Medical Treatment”.
After the successful premiere in Dresden in 2016, the 10th Korean-German ADeKo Science Conference will again take place in Germany – in October 2018 in Aachen.
